• We will design the benchmark competitive analysis for your specific requirements taking account of business size, employees, business sector, SIC code and region.

• We will conduct an in depth core questionnaire with your assigned managers, produce a detailed benchmark report and summary of findings

• We will carry out a detailed root cause analysis of the benchmark report and develop an action plan for improvement
